Monday AM--One-day program
9:30-11:30 a.m.
Child must be age 2 by Aug. 31.
Wednesday AM--One-day program
9:30-11:30 a.m.
Child must be age 2 by Aug. 31.
Tuesday/Thursday--Two-day program
9:15-11:30 a.m. or 12:15-2:30 p.m.
Child must be age 3 by Aug. 31 and "potty-trained."
Monday/Wednesday/Friday--Three-day program
9:15-11:45 a.m. or 12:15-2:45 p.m.
Program is designed for the 4 year old.
Child must be age 4 by Aug. 31.
Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
Four-day program
9:15-11:45 a.m.
Program designed for children turning age 5 by Dec. 31 or for the 5 year
old who will benefit from an extra year of nursery school.
School Readiness:
The following guidelines will help you determine if your child is ready
to attend Learning Express Nursery School.
- Two-year-old students should be able to hold and drink out
of a regular cup. They should be working on "potty-training." Parents
will be called to change soiled diapers during school hours.
- Three-year-old students should be able to hold and drink
out of a regular cup and MUST be completely "potty-trained."
- Four- and five-year-old students must be totally
self-sufficient using a regular cup and attending to their bathroom
needs.
Lunch Bunch Program:
The Lunch Bunch program is a once-a-week, extended-day program offered for the 3-,
4- and 5-year-old students. It allows children to extend their regular day by two
hours. The cost is $10 per day. Children bring their own nutritious lunches
from home.
Hours for Lunch Bunch:
T/Th AM class--11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday only
T/Th PM class--10:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Thursday only
MWF AM class--11:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. Wednesday only
MWF PM class--10:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Wednesday only
MTWTh class--11:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. Thursday only
The Lunch Bunch room is located on the fourth floor of the
education
building.
Children are allowed to sign up only for the scheduled Lunch Bunch day
for their
class. Children may not attend days assigned to other classes.
